Hey big bone , if you can pm me with exactly what you mean , where the ooozzz is is where near the tip of exhaust or exhaust port , i assume that the chinese are placing too much weld and it is resticting the flow , what did you do , dremil the excess off and replace the tip , or did u re weild , a pic would realy help , by the way those are tai chi's right , would this be something to consider on the c1 water cooled as well!

ok for the retards ( me included ) starting from the exhaust port , there is a semi circle pipe that is screwed to the head of the engine ( call this part one ) then there is the pipe that is attached to part one ( with springs) that goes up under gas tank and to the silencer pipe , will call this part two , and the silencer part three ,
so when you talk about the problem where is located big bone ?

Default nO PIS BUT....

Dude first find the overall lenght of the original set up. Measure from where the weld starts to the end of where the silencer/stinger stops. O.K. (click on link See LP56) where the cone narrows and the stinger is connected/welded... remove the stinger at that weld. (See LP56) Clean up that inside area of all the ozzzzzz. And Tig weld on a new stinger. I used EMT conduit. Its light weight and the right size. Its a little thin so don't burn through it use argile gas & O2 not assutiline. Remember the overall Lenght you need to go back with. Cut the EMT where you need to, then reweld on your silencer to what ever your overall lenght was. I had a Polini silencer (it works better than the stock one) (I got another one it you wanna give it a go)(first come first serve)Note: tip of the day, pipes work the best if the silencer is packed tight, very tight. I use that Cavlar packing. Or just say screw it, send me your pipe and I'll work it for you......I got extra Pipes too. One from a Bangee,Blata Elete 11,, and a few others from various applications

Dude that is a water cooled C-1 (C-1's are water cooled) in the pic and yes it works on Tai Chi's (Tai Chi' are air cooled). I have extra pipes for the Tai Chi too. I don't want to compete with anyone' but I'll sell 'em (only if I don't step on anyone's toes if you know what I mean)
