Talking WorldsFastest RazorPocketBike

I am MR_EXON, i have worked on EV's for two years now. my favoret is 1/3 scale. i have rcently made a 24v RazorPB200 into a 48v 12ah 500w monster. top speed was 39.7mph with 10" tires with a 18t/44t gears. it is super fast for how small it is, sometimes very scary. i am also known on www.PocketBikePlanet.com,www.visforvoltage.com, the whole ratbike project can be found there if any one wants to know how i did it almost in steps read my posts there.

this last vid is what my gears looked like after the run

my razor has bean fully modded to the max:
48volts at 12amps
500watt motor soon 1000watt
#25,18/44 gears

top speed 40mph(worlds fastest RazorPB200)
run time:
24v, 11t/44t, 18mph, 1.5 hours(7AH gell cells)
36v, 11t/44t, 24mph, .45 mins.(7AH) 3 hours(12AH)
36v, 15t/44t, 26mph, .20 mins.(7AH) 2 hours(12AH)
48v, 15t/44t, 29mph, 1.5 hours(12AH)
48v, 18t/44t, 39.7mph, 1 hour(12AH)

i am also working on a mario cart
1/2 scale GoKart

duel friction drive 350watts
RazorMx500 controler
10" solid and numatic tires
3X 12v 12AH gell cells

speed range 20-25mph
run tim over 1.5 hours

i am a firm beliver in electric power, i have converted and tweaked on them for over 2 years now,
1.5 hourse power in electric can make over 150hp under a load, a lot of gasser have already started to race electrics and yes we(EVpocketBikes) are starting to win and change the minds of a lot of people that try to stay ignorant and think a little 50cc bike will kill a 3hp electric pocket bike
a man that goes by SEVO has a x9 bike with a Brigs Etech powering it and it has gone over 70mph!

why use a gas engine if it will fail in a couple months or a year, theonly thing i do to my bike every 2 week is change the back tire....simple

i know with me bosting about EV powa make me sound like i talk down on gas bikes, no it is not that way at all, i love racing gas bikes my self but when i am racing gas bikes with my Razor, i keep up somtime go for a power pass and take a whole pack lol i know in my dreams righr, but realy it is a good bike when racing cags, run time is longer too

i have a 30amp computer peak charger made by shoemocher(i think thats its name) i wire the gellcells into a plug that can make them 12v48Ah or 48v12Ah
i then charge them at 12volts, since the AmpHour is so high i can charge them at a full 30amps with no problem.......

total carge time:

at 50% (after a run), 1-1:15 hour
at 70% 45min
at 80% 30min
at 90% 25min

threason i started the time chart at 50% it that is when you notice a huge drop in power and rpm from the bikes motor, any thing past that is bad for the batterys(the lowest i ever went was 11volts at 35%, this made the gellcells feal less powerfull for a couple charge cycles, they did recover but like i said my charger is a computer charger it can fix small problems at it tricles the batterys on a slow charge.....

oh ya if i used the stock gellcells that came with the bike(12volt7amphours)
the charge time from near dead less then 20mins,

as for pics:
i can post pic today since i am back home and have my trusty hard drive that has all my bike pics to upload from, give me a sec
