last night i found a Wmart that had some MX500's for 160$, "Hollyshhht!!", i said....., so i picked one up and just 2 hours ago i converted it to 48volts...

it is not doing wheelies yet but, but it did pull up any hill that i took it up no problem...plus it tares up grass better now then stock....

this one is getting a 60volt controler too soon, then it should do wheelies no problem

run time is about 1 hour though, but this was on muddy trails
with road tirs it should run for 1.5 hours no problem

i was very happy with what i did with it today, i had fun and that is all that matters

i will post picks soon, did not even get any vid of it either today, couse it was raining out right now with 50*f winds, so it was just worm enf to do a test run.....Vids are going to be posted on youtube this week end i hope....


Razor also puts out a MX650, i have yet to see one of these in any store, but i did see the pics and it looks like it has 18" or 20" tires on it, that bike should be very fun once i can find one!

hey bro, it ait about Tree huggen, maby smoken but not huggen.....

electric kill the envirnment as much as the rest of things, think Acid,lead and other heavy metals.......

me, i do electric couse of the full on torque, you all may think that bike is slow in the vids but, it gets up to speed very fast and can climb hills i couldnt with a mountn bike!....shooot it is a very fun project, in deed. it aint about nothin but fun when you put togeather a pitbike...lol, it is all about getting to the camper/van getting a bear and getting back to the race befor the next heat and i have not had the chance to try that yet but with a full charge it should have plenty of that in it for a whole day!

stop picken on the slow electrics, it takes a lot of skills to make these fast or just fun, i have invested a lot of time in these over the last 2 years, just to be busted on by some gassers, this brings me to a nother point that i will not bring up couse i want to keep it clean here ya know.......
