Default what jet size?

i am trying to tune my bike now after a big install and i am having some trouble coming up with the right jet size. my mods are big bore with head kit and boost port, full circle crank, triple stage reed, rocket key, and stock pipe mod with stock carb. i plan to upgrade the carb soon too, but for now i am going to stick with stock. right now i have a #60 jet in it. should i go bigger? i have 60, 65, 70, and 75
