New Problem: PULL START. - PocketBikeForum.com

Got my inner tube ordered, started removing all fairings and etc on the bike to do some custom touches and went outsude to start bike to play with air/fuel. Started bike, shut it off. Went to restart: Pull string stays out..... :-(

Pulled the cover off the right side of the engine and everyhting blew out of there! :-( Looks like the bolt that was in there wasnt tight and now I dont know how to put it back together..... I got some pix if that will help? There is a small hex bolt/washer/chrome metal turbine loooking thing, a 5ft strip of wire bent on the ends and some other misc.... Pleas help again!?

the only thing you could buy is the starter pawl.get wpg`s pullstart,its cheap

Whats the pawl?

What does a new starter thing cost elsewhere (just curious)?

Will this work on my bike (still don't know exactly WHAT it is haha).

most people just put it back together... most of the pieces fit together... if you want I could make a Tutorial for that tomorrow morning... its very easy

Full Rebuild of it? Please do! Mine is held w/ 3 screws and is grey (if tha makes any diff).

Trust me, alot more then 10 bux

on ebay your looking at up to twice that much just for the shipping.

its a high strength plastic prawl. not the weak white kind, the dark yellow one.

$10 is a steal. they sell for $18 + w/o shipping

if your bikes a cag, it will fit. im %95 it will.
