| no. u shouldnt hear it. tighten it till you hear a clicking noise and then let it off a little bit at a time until the noise is gone. 5 tanks of 25:1 is a bit overkill.

| If you hear clicking its the chain out of wack(not straight)look down the length of the chain(while kneeling down behind the top of the chain(I put the bike on a bench to get a level view)If it curves in the middle or so use the adjusters on each side of the back of the swingarm to correct it,it should be staight all the way.Loosen your axle nut and tighten or loosen the adjusters the way you want the front of the sprocket to go to alighen the the chain.Loosen the left one and tighten the right to make the sprocket/chain go right, vice versa.Once you do that check your chain tension,if its to tight loosen them alittle till it has 1/2 up and down movement with the center of the chain, then tighten your axle nuts back,I also tighten the adjusters a whole turn just incase the axle loosens. | No the big nuts to loosen the axle AND I forgot to mention, there is a bolt on the top front side of the rear brake you have to loosen too,It will be a bar mounted to the brake thats also mounted to the frame, loosen it first, anyway big nuts are the axle, loosen them and you adjust the tension and chain alighnment with the adjusters small nuts, one on the tip of each side of the swingarm.Just make sure you tighten the brake to frame adjuster last and loosen it first. If you don`t loosen it you will only be abel to adjust the left adjuster, the nut on the right will turn but it won`t be doing anything. |

| WPG is right,5 tanks of 32:1 is alot of over kill, just run 2-3 tanks of that,do heat cycling (run 1o mins.turn it off, wait till it cools,do it again)first 5 or so times you run it and DO NOT run the bike wide open throttle,1/2 to 3/4 is plenty and don`t run it at one constant rpm either fluctuate the rpms |
