back the screw out some you will notice it lowering rpms and your rear wheel will stop spinning.does your carb have a primer bulb on the bottom of the carb? if so its the top screw you need to back out.

im so lost to be honest i have no idea where the screw u talking bout is located and where the carb is...is that a black block in the front of the motor that has a lever on the side that says on and off...when i put it on off the tire stops spining but then when i rev up the engine shuts down...

right behind the black box which is your air filter box,the lever is the choke.Behind that you will see a screw with a spring wrapped around it,thats your air/fuel screw.above that is your idle screw its a bit smaller

have the motor running while you loosen it you will tell,if you turn it and it revs up your turning the wrong way, also make sure the motor is warmed up too.
