Did you know….

Brett 'The Kid' McCormick (then 15 years of age) dominated the 2007 Indoor Mini RoadRacing Series, earning the 2007 Championship Title over heavy competition. The challengers included many motor sports heroes including Jordan Szoke 2006 and 2007 Pro 600 and Parts Canada Superbike Champion, Factory RoadRacing Pilots Steve Crevier from Yamaha, Darren James from Buell, as well as multi-time Canadian Superbike and 600 champ and Hall of Fame Inductee Don Munroe. These Superstars battled it out with local youth stars including Cale Barr, Kyle Cole, Matt Bagshaw, Geoffrey Gerbrandt, Cody Matechuk, Royce McLean and Bodhi Edie.

The 2007 entry list for this series had 42% of competitors aged 21 or under: a first for mini roadracing at a National competition! Brett McCormick, now 16 years of age, the youngest ever fully sponsored factory rider accredits his fast track to the Superbike National series to competing at the Indoor Mini RoadRacing series and the recognition he achieved at this event.

Brett is coming back in 2008 to defend his 2007 Indoor National Mini Roadracing Series Title
