Default I Am A Noob Who Needs Help

I just received a zeimini 49cc pocket dirt bike and i need to know how to start it...i have the oil and gas mixed and in the tank...what next?

choke on , and pull. to pull properly , grab the starter cord end , and slowly pull till it feels like it is engaged , then with one continueous action pull fast .

should the choke switch be up or down...?and should the white knob be vertical or horizontal?
