Default Please Help!!!

hey i have just recently bought a mini dirt bike pocket bike, i havent had it for long ive only rode it a few times and now whenever i start it i have to hold the back end up so the tire isnt touching and the tire turns when it starts it keeps spinning and when i put the tire down and it touches the ground my bike shuts off so i cant ride it, please help i dont know what the problem is!!!

can u tell me why my pb doesnt run without choke ??

and it smells like burned tire after i turn it off( i didnt do a burn out or something)
