Default Flywheel lightening

Lightened up my fly wheel be taking off 2 fins and leaving 1 , filed the extra metal left on ( bottom of broken fins) to smooth and found a huge difference , apparently adds 500 rpm to the bike , seems to , but don't know if its the 4 peddle reed , but tried the reeds before the flywheel adj and really hauls now! just alittle fyi!
