Default Full circle Cranks

do any of you use a full cicrle crank in engine and if so was there a difference in riding, speed , and rattling ?
also Device i looked around again and can't seem to find your post about the mounting bracket on the lucky 7 , tips would be really helpful!

1 other thing , this is for the knowledgeable , heard that the channel that the intake mounts to ( on the c1 ) where the reeds go , is kinda confined , heard that to take everything apart and file opening more will allow the reeds to open more , but also seen reed spacers , are these an alternative to filing my block? case that sounds llike a job from hell!

The biggest problem with the cranks is that they are not centered. Kris has a plan to fix this issue and we believe it should be good for about another 250-500 RPM out of the motor. It should also minimize rattling as well.

As for the C1 issue, a four petal reed cage should solve the issues you're talking about. They're not cheap but are an awesome upgrade for any motor.

Also for the post you're looking for

need to adjust that banshee clutch so it is a bit closer to the power band..
i think it was getting hot also..seems since there are only about 6 teeth on the flywheel it gets a little hot..
i installed a alum flatbat 1/8X3/4 " from the engine mounting plate to the right side of the L7 frame where the frame cover used to bolt onto..it seems to cut down on the vibrations quite a bit..
wish i had a cam or i would take some pics..
also moving the gsxr steering damper from the outer frame mount to inside was a big relief no i can put my foot back on the pegs...
well need more testing..

Well i will be able to test out the full circle crank now , Thanks to a good new buddy ,Big Bone ! hope to see some more speed improvements to the bike . What i wanna know now is , did i raise the hp of my cag with everything i've do , and to what hp?

I realize the F.C.Crank will allow better rpm or more for that matter , and with the 4 peddle reed will it make a difference ?

Should the flywheel be lightened as well or not ?
Now that i have everything on , i'll might have to start eliminating parts on it to make it faster or more properly tuned , dunno ! Any suggests?

Dude a stock Cag is approx. 2 to 2.5hp, with a FC crank, hp is increased to approx. 4.5hp (almost DOUBLE) with 37/39.9cc: with 47/49cc its approx. 5 to 6.5, possibly more, granted your pipe, carb and jetting, work 2gether properly...Its on its way Dude...Bigbone57....Dang it Dude U better make make some Power.....Note: Power plus Gearing = Speed...I suggest 7/66 to start: approx. 44mph to 48mph...depending on your body weight......
