Forum update and minor changes - PocketBikeForum.com

You'll notice a few changes, the feedback and help forums were merged and the racing forum was moved. The forum was also updated to the latest version of the forum software.

Some other changes were recently made for users not logged into the forum. If you arrive at the site and you are not logged in, you may see some differences. Not to worry, that's how it's supposed to be.

Any issues just let me know.
