I've decided I'd like to try and see if anyone is interested in leasing a domain.

The domain in question is partsforpocketbikes.com. This would be the perfect domain for anyone interested in starting a site to sell parts. The domain is quite new (to me) and I haven't worked very hard on but it does receive traffic on it's own and does generate an income.

Can I host the site anywhere I want?
Yes you can. Since this is a lease you do not have control of the domain, simply tell me what the new nameservers are and I will change them. Hosting will be provided for free if you want/need.

So if I lease the domain, do you build my site?
No, the lease is just for the domain. You need to build the site yourself or you can hire myself or someone else to build the site for you.

Do I pay to renew the domain name?
Nope, you do not have control of the name, so billing is taken care of by myself.

How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, cash or money order/bank draft. Payment is required in advance. Payments via bank draft/money order must be received before your renewal date. I do not accept paypal and never will so do not ask.

What happens if I don't pay?
DNS will be changed and you will no longer have use of the site.

When can I start?
As soon as payment is received.

What does it cost?
The monthly cost to lease this domain and to retain the advertising is $150USD per month. This may be negotiable. Please note that there is a minimum of a three month commitment on the lease, afterwards the lease is month to month. The initial three months must be paid in advance.

What if I want to buy the domain instead?
Go ahead and make a reasonable offer, but at this time I'm not very interested in selling.

How much traffic does it have?
Last month it generated nearly 500 unique visitors. This isn't a spectacular amount of traffic, but it's great to build a business on.

Do you have any other sites you are willing to lease?
