Question Neon Kit

I have a dual blue neon kit in shipping right now and it should be here in a couple of days. Im wondering if anybody here has a neon kit installed on there bike. Where would be the best place to mount the two neon rodes? Each neon stick is 10 inches long and runs off of a single 12 volt battery. I ordered extra long wires to so that there is no restriction as to where i caould possibly mount them. This neon kit is for my chinese ducati m3. I havent installed a neon kit on my blata since its a race bike and i wouldnt want to harm its performance with the extra weight. Any suggestions?

I have one strip of neon along the bottom of the bottom fairing. Provides a nice underglow. I also have a set of LEDs above my front and rear tires.

So see if you like the neon along to bottom.
