| Pocketbike Dealer | I believe I spoke with you via email this morning. The chain is probably stretched. You could replace the chain or you could tighten the chain by turning the adjustors on the rear swing arm. Loosen the nuts holding the rim, and tighten the adjustors which will move the rin further back. Make sure you turn both sides an equal amount to keep the tire alignment straight. I gave you a number to call via email if you need further assistance. |

| Pocketbike Beginner | I don't know if that's what caused the original problem but bending the rear sproket a little seemed to give it a temporary fix i.e the chain looks tightened but it then twists back thereby loosing the chain. After like a min when the engine is heated up.This then makes it come off. |

| Pocketbike Beginner | although you have probably done all this, i will offer it up as a start; first determine if it is kicking the chain off at the drive or at the driven end of things, drive end:engine-trans all tight and aligned. pinion sprocket seating properly and at right depth, end shaft play acceptable, bent shaft or pinion, excessive vibration. drive sprocket;spacers on correct sides and of proper size, sprocket straight in line with pinion with no angles or deflections, sprockets of compatible tooth count with chain, wrong type of sprocket or faulty machining, bad bearing or hub, worn chain guide or rollers, bent swing arm or frame, or just a plain old wore out chain or spocket..... |
