Default Wants to die out

Hey guys I have a giovanni pocket bike and me and my friend have the same problem and we can't figure it out. When ever we hold the throttle full for like 10-15 seconds it feels like it wants to die out. does anyone know why it does this and how do I fix it. I want to get a blck widow tripple stage reed and i dunno if this will help or not. Also even if we are riding for more then 10 minutes it feels like it wants to die. why is this? If i ride around for a short time it is fine and runs good but when I run it longer it feels like its gunna die out on me.. Thanks for your help.

StreetRacerDude it's possible that the fuel filter is kinda got a blockage. Not allowing the full stream of fuel to run to the carb. Or there is a kink in the fuel line, not allowing a full stream of fuel to the carb.
