Default stock air filter mod(the black box)

well i did a little experiment but don't have pictures right now.
all i did was drill a hole on the opposite side awhere the air is being sucked in and thats all. i noticed a difference in the way it takes off, quicker. i think a downside would be that the filter would need more cleaning. i don't recomend anyone trying this at the moment. i'll have to see what the filter looks like after the bike has finished a whole tank. but if anyone has any ideas what a downside could be please post them.

geoff WHY DID YOU DO THAT! now your carb is gonna get FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY you cannot do that with the K&N filters you can do it with the black box filter because the air still has to go through the filter but by drilling holes into the K&N filter your better dirty air into your carb!
