If you guys wanted i can make a video of all of us riding edited and everything it would be sweet. I can throw this together at the races if you guys think its a good idea let me know and if you want any good music in the video tell me some of the songs you want in it, i can get this onto dvd discs if you are interested

I like the idea, and I have video here from Gimli last year which I haven't done anything with yet. However I have some issues with a video being produced and it's nothing against you, just please listen to what I have to say.

1) I'll be glad to help you in any way I can. In my position over the years I have amassed a large library of software for doing my job. If you need something done I could probably do it for you or give you advice.

2) You mentioned music. In this day and age of litigation please do not use music that is copywritten (which is almost any music you'll find at a store and 99.9% of the music you can download online). If you want music with a theme or genre please ask me and I will be happy to locate and send you music that can be used for free. This is music that the authors have chosen to offer free of copyright restrictions. This will also help protect you and anyone who decides to distribute the video.

3) I'll be glad to host any videos you might produce. Video can use a tremendous amount of bandwidth and I have bandwidth to spare.

4) To keep everything perfectly legal, you should obtain waivers from each person that you are recording.

I know that a lot of people don't care about being recorded and lots more people don't care about the legality of music. But if I host a video that has unlicensed music I could be held liable for contributory copyright infringement. So on my side I have to be careful, and you should want to be careful as well.

Life is a pain online, we just have to go with the flow and do the best we can. If you want any assistance just let me know.

well pretty much everything i do ill run it through with you and Vern. Vern would probably be able to help me with the recording and stuff because he isnt goin to be able to ride for a little bit, sorry about that man hope you feel better:) and everything from music and legal stuff ill run it through you first cause i dont want you to be help responsible for anything. and were pretty much good i was also thinking if we just went rider by rider through the movie, example on the screen hucksters name would come up then we could do a part on him or if we just filmed parts of races and random stuff you guys tell me whats better. I think the movies goin to be a great success and if we all pull together its goin to kick A$$! ,Mike

i know a good song its called SANDSTORM by da rule no words just a beat you could check it out and see if it would be alright to use. It would be a good song and easy becuase you wouldnt have to take the words out. I like the idea of have a riders profile and showing there riding style and then put in random stuff i wouldnt mind beeing on video sounds like a plan?

Ya definetly i have to talk to the admin though about the song cause it might be under copyright laws but shure thing you can be in the video its goin to be a blast!

i was thinkin of an intro song with credits and riders that will be in the movie. what it will be is i will go into the pits and get shots of people workin on their bikes and stuff i had found a pretty good song for the intro if you want to check it out the band is called: slightly stoopid, and the song is called running with a gun. i am not completely sure if i am goin to use this song i have to check with the admin if this song can be used so download it and tell me what you think!
